For starters Front Desk associate was friendly & customer-centric. Offices were sparkling clean which in my view is so important in a medical environment.
Dr Patel, MD was awesome! He was very thorough & informative during examination. I left very comfortable with our follow-up plan & confident our solution will address a painful back issue I’ve put up with for more than a year before I sought medical assistance. I’m scheduled for next visit @ surgery center and look forward to the result of this effort that will help me maintain activity levels without on-going chronic high-end discomfort.

Dr Sim was great. His staff are the best, friendly and they even called to check up on me. Dr Sim took his time with me and made sure everything was understood and that all my questions and concerns were answered. Very, very friendly easy to talk to doctor. Thank you Dr Sim for fixing me up.

As usual I don’t have any complaints. You get to the office appointment, they greet you very professional and the waiting to see Dr.Sim is short no more than 10 minutes. Dr.Sim is very professional, he ask, he listens and he executes the solution to your condition. Thank you
